Entry Three - Napoleon
Summary - Napoleon Bonaparte was a powerful force in Europe from 1799 to 1815. He rose from the ranks of the French army to become the emperor of France. By 1812 he had control of most of Europe. Unfortunately, he met his demise when he attempted to invade Russia. Napoleon was a great contributor to europe until he got too greedy. He was considerend one of the best army leaders every and had numerous victories. He helped the laws of france with the code of napoleon. Napoleon helped with schools and banks. All of the countries he took over he made sure he was on friendly terms with.At the end of his power he made the mistake of wanting his troops fight in russia where no one was prepared for the winter. When he came back he lost a significant number of his troops which led to people not liking him.
